We understand that many factors go into whether or not you accept an offer. While we would love to welcome you to our team, we also want to be sure our candidates have all the information they need to make an informed decision.

If it’s not clear by now, Concordis believes that transparency benefits everyone. We will always disclose associated bill and pay rates. Additionally, we will never ask you to sign any non-compete agreements. You should be free to work with whichever company you feel is the best fit for your career.

Here are a few questions we recommend asking when you receive an offer, so you can be sure you’re comparing apples to apples:

  • What is the bill rate for this position?
  • Is my pay rate inclusive of benefits and, if so, which ones?
  • When do my benefits begin?
  • How do I accrue paid time off? Will the time frame change with seniority? 
  • Is there a vesting period for any 401k/savings matching?
